Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Alkemia Trading does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong item, or compatibility issues that were accurately disclosed in the product listing.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly after delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, or other remedy.

Items must be kept in the condition received while a claim is being reviewed. Please do not discard the product or packaging until we confirm that they are no longer needed.

Any rights or remedies required by applicable law remain unaffected by this policy.
